There are several regions in the world which can be described by wealth and in terms of continents where Africa is the poorest. Africa is usually perceived as the poorest continent but many people believe that Africa is rich but has poor leaders who are unable to manage the available resources. It is not a guarantee that you can give and finish the needy cases. Proper mechanism must be put in place to ensure donations are used As a permanent solution, there is need to ensure there is proper governance in the poor states.
